Shipping policy

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are determined on the weight of the package and shipping address location. 

Free shipping may be applied on US domestic orders over $60 with code after subscribing to Coca + B. newsletter. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for international customers at this time.

 

When will my order ship?

In stock items will ship in 2-4  days and personalized items will ship in 5-7 business days. Orders will ship out Monday-Friday. Personalized and Special Order Items may ship separately, and the shipping time is noted on the product pages. Please check for any back-order dates or special order items with longer production times on the product page listing. 

 

Returned to Sender?

If the package is returned to us and contains non personalized items, we will issue a refund back onto the original form of payment. If the package is returned to us and contains personalized items, a member from our team will reach out via email. 

 

What if my package is lost?

Refunds will NOT be issued on packaged deemed "delivered"- we will only be able to offer a replacement. We are only able to replace lost packages with the original size and style ordered. Orders are not eligible for return should a replacement package be sent.

 

Shipped to the wrong address?

If the incorrect address was inputted and the package has shipped and/or has been deemed delivered, we will not issue a refund or replacement package.

Why are my items from my order shipping separately?

If you have items on your order that are considered ‘Special Order Items’ or require 'personalization', they may ship separately than your in-stock items as they take longer to produce. You will receive an emailed shipping notification along with tracking when the items ship.
